Józef Celiński called Konstantynowicz [the reading of the cognomen uncertain], with the assistance of that husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Melchior Karwowski called Mścich and to his successors, she yields up with everything and, ceding, transfers a sum of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty – inscribed to her by the said late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Celiński, her first husband, before the present records on the Friday after Jubilate Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1734, by way of a simple debt upon the half of all and each of his estates, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary – giving power to take up that sum, to give a quittance for what is taken up and to pursue it at law.
