The noble (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pióro, son of the noble (Nob.) Jakub, and to his successors his hereditary paternal estate, that is:

four strips of arable, beginning at the Zbuczyn road and going towards Motyle, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Adam Ostojski on the one side and of the said party on the other;

likewise two strips of arable towards the meadows, beginning at Przecięcie and going towards the Zbuczyn road, between the baulks of the said party on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki on the other;

likewise [three] strips of arable, beginning at the Zdebskie boundaries [in the place called] Wąsy and going towards the Glinińskie [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Adam Ostojski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Rzyżewski [uncertain reading] on the other;

likewise two strips of meadow with half of a third, beginning at the Skolimowskie boundaries and going towards the fields, between the baulks of the said party on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Adam Ostojski on the other –

lying and situated in the hereditary village of Pióry Wielkie, standing waste, with every [right], for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, from this day for three years, with the term falling on the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop in the coming year 1746 [23 April 1746], he mortgaged, and thereafter from three-year term to three-year term and so on; he allows intromission from now and for the future and submits himself to the court, and this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office. [The closing formula concerning the deponent's wife is written in an abbreviated and illegible manner.]

The surnames of the neighbours agree with the tags for scans 094 and 095 (Adam Ostojski, Józef Kalicki), with the exception of „Wawrzyńca Rzyżewskiego”, whose reading is uncertain (possibly Rzążewski). The names of the fields and boundaries (Motyle, Wąsy, the Zdebskie and Skolimowskie boundaries) are for the most part read with confidence, „glinińskie” – uncertainly. The village of Pióry Wielkie does not appear in the tags for either of the two scans.
