Rosińska

The very reverend (Perillustr. et Adm. Rev.) Father Wojciech Suffczyński, canon of Płock, deputed from the Płock chapter to the Crown Tribunal, provost of Ulan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that, conforming himself to the will and last testament of the late magnificent (Magn.) Teresa née Rosińska – by her first marriage the widow left by the late magnificent (Magn.) Jan Szaniawski, and by her second that left by the late magnificent (Magn.) Antoni Izdebski – drawn up and written down in the estate of the village of Zarzecze on the 20th day of March of the year 1721, officially confirmed before the Łuków castle court records on the Saturday, the morrow of the feast of the Visitation [of the Blessed Virgin Mary], and lodged with the records on the Wednesday after the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist of the current year 1743 – by force of which a sum of one thousand Polish złoty is inscribed to the church of Ulan by that same late Teresa née Rosińska Izdebska by her last will, and acknowledged by the present office; and since the successors of the late Izdebska have undertaken and secured to pay the rent falling due from that same sum of one thousand Polish złoty into the hands of the rector of that same church, therefore the deponent, as the present provost of that same church of Ulan, upon his own person and upon that of his successors – in accordance with the mind of the testament recalled above – promises to have two holy masses said in every week: the first on the Wednesday for the souls of the late Teresa née Rosińska Izdebska and of Jan Szaniawski, her first husband, and likewise of their parents; and the second on the Friday for the souls suffering in purgatory and deprived of suffrages – and this for all time. To which he binds, inscribes and obliges himself, under the jurisdiction of the present office.
