Pniewski

[The deponent] on the one side, and the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Pniewska, daughter of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Pniewski, on the other side, spouses of one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally to one another – upon all and each of their paternal, maternal and mortgaged estates, upon whatever sums of money, and likewise upon their movables and livestock, now held and to be acquired in the future by the grace of God – they inscribe a mutual life estate and continuous usufruct until the end of their lives.

The noble (Nob.) Marcin Pniewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Franciszek Pniewski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł called Kacprzyk, and to his successors, his hereditary estate, that is five strips of meadow, beginning at the little causeway and running towards the Kętowa Błotna road [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Radzikowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Radzikowski called Tomkowicz on the other, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Radzików Wielki, with every right, for the sum of thirty Polish złoty, from now for three years, until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the year 1746, he mortgages, and likewise thereafter. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a penalty of thirty Polish złoty and the present forum.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej likewise, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Piotr Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej, and to his successors, his hereditary estate, that is half a strip of arable, beginning at the road called Superana [uncertain reading] and running towards [the name of the place illegible], between the baulk of the donee himself on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Pniewski on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Radzików Wielki, with all its appurtenances — he gives and donates, and he puts it from now into his possession, renouncing every right of his own, under the land-law penalties, submitting to the forum of the present office.

The well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Radzikowski, son begotten of the late well-born (Gen.) Jakub Radzikowski and of the well-born (Gen.) Katarzyna née Henkel, in his own name and in the name of the well-born (Gen.) Józef, Ignacy and Julian, brothers german to one another, for whose peace he stands surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Paweł Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, and to his successors, he gives the estates acquired by hereditary right by the above-named late father from the present donee, lying in five places, namely:

in the first place, called Nadwoźnica [uncertain reading], six strips of arable, beginning at the town road and running towards the headland, between the baulks of [Radzikowski] on the one side and of the donee on the other;

likewise one strip of arable, beginning at the Kątowa road and running towards [the name – uncertain reading], between those same baulks;

likewise two strips of arable, beginning at the road [the name – uncertain reading] and running towards the Czersk [boundaries], between those same baulks;

likewise six strips of meadow, beginning at the Węgłowy [uncertain reading] and running towards the Podlasie boundaries, between the baulks of the donee himself on both sides;

likewise three strips of meadow of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Pniewski on the one side and of the well-born (Gen.) Jakub Radzikowski on the other –

lying and situated in the hereditary village of Radzików Wielki, with every right he gives, donates, or rather returns (redonates); he consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, also as regards his brothers; and this under the land-law damages and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Piotr Soszyński, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Marcin Pniewski – for a certain protestation together with the inspection of wounds, made before the present records on the Tuesday, the vigil of the feast of St Michael the Archangel, in the Year of Our Lord 1728, and for the relation entered in that same year – by reason of the settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered; and that protestation and relation he cancels.
