The well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Radzikowski, son begotten of the late well-born (Gen.) Jakub Radzikowski and of the well-born (Gen.) Katarzyna née Henkel, in his own name and in the name of the well-born (Gen.) Wojciech, and to his successors he yields up with everything and transfers the sum of two hundred and fifty Polish złoty – out of the original sum of one thousand Polish złoty, adjudged to him earlier by a decree of the arbiters issued on the ground of the estate of Radzików Wielki on the Monday after Palm Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1743, between him, the deponent, on the one side and the cessionary of this day on the other, and falling to him as against his other brothers – giving and permitting to raise that same sum, to give a quittance for what is raised, and, if need be, to sue for it at law.
