Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the nobles (Nob.) Jan Celiński and Agnieszka née Morawska – by her first marriage the wife of the late noble (Nob.) Jan [the reading of the first name uncertain] Krasuski, and now by her second marriage the wife of the noble (Nob.) Jan Celiński, that is the spouses of one another — being of sound mind and body, and namely the wife with the assistance of that husband of hers, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Hieronim Grodzicki and to his successors, the estates subject to their rights, that is five strips of arable, beginning at the Krasusy Wolczońskie boundary [uncertain reading] and running towards the Celiny boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Krasuski Starus on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Sebastian Turski on the other; further, one strip of arable with half of a second of like length between the same baulks; further, two strips of arable of like length and between the same baulks — lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Krasusy-Gołowierzchy, vacant (unsown), with everything — they mortgage and oblige for the sum of thirty-four Polish złoty, from now until redemption; intromission from now, by the general court, and this under a like penalty of thirty-four Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.
