The noble (Nob.) Anna née Paszkowska, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Niewęgłowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Marianna née Szczygielska, wife of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Kunicki, and Agnieszka née Szczygielska, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Kunicki, sisters german to one another, and to their successors she gives and donates her paternal hereditary estate, that is twelve strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the river called Biała, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Grochowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Niewęgłowski on the other; further, meadows of four [swathes], beginning at the fence and running towards the river Biała, between those same baulks – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Paszki Stare, with everything. She consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages and under the present court.
