Antoni Grodzicki, village headman and possessor of the royal village of Kąkolewnica together with its appurtenances, and likewise to the subjects of those same royal estates – more precisely to the whole commune of subjects – for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of acts of violence attempted by the subjects, of a beating of himself and of his mother, of the infliction of wounds and of the other claims set out in the terms; further, for the protestation and the inspection of wounds, for the relations, for whatsoever decrees – and especially the last, issued on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the past year – as also for the penalties and marks adjudged by that same decree, likewise for the wounds, for the condemnation obtained at the peremptory term according to the intent of the decree cited, and for the whole and entire process. And this by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered through the hands of the magnificent (Magn.) Marcin Kostewicz, by virtue of the settlement (komplanacja) subsequently concluded. The protestations, the relations, the decrees together with their enforcement clauses and the condemnation that followed upon them they cancel.
