The nobles (Nob.) Zuzanna née Radłowska, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Płochocki, the mother, and Petronela, wife of the noble (Nob.) Józef Karaś, and Anna, an unmarried maiden, the Płochockas, the daughters, being of sound mind and body, deposed – each in her own interest, the married one with the assistance of her husband, and the maiden with the assistance of her mother and with the consent of her kinsfolk to the act described below – that to the magnificent (Magn.) Tomasz Karwowski and to his successors they yield up and transfer their whole and entire right to the interest on the sum of one hundred and twenty Polish marks, inscribed to their parents by the very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father Maciej and the well-born (Gen.) Szymon Karwowski, brothers german, before the present records in the year 1736, falling to them and in fact paid out to them every year, giving power to recover and to raise that interest from whom it is lawfully due.

The noble (Nob.) Petronela Płochocka, daughter begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Płochocki with the noble (Nob.) Zuzanna Radłowska – in her own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Anna Płochocka, her sister german, for whom she stands surety – being of sound mind and body, deposed that she gives a quittance to the very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father Maciej Karwowski, parish priest of [the name of the parish – uncertain reading], the paternal uncle, and to the nobles (Nob.) Tomasz and Marianna, son and daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Szymon Karwowski, the stepchildren, for the sum of one hundred and twenty Polish marks, falling to them, and inscribed by the said very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father parish priest and by the late noble (Nob.) Szymon Karwowski, the parents of the parties quitted of this day, by way of a simple debt upon all their estates before the present records on the Monday after the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1736 – point by point together with a like sum by the well-born (Gen.) Leżeński family, together with the interest – and now in fact and effectually paid out by the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Karwowski; and that inscription, in the part answering to the sum of one hundred and twenty marks paid out, she cancels. [She deposed] with the assistance of her husband, the noble (Nob.) The well-born (Gen.) Tomasz Szaniawski, son of the late magnificent (Magn.) Stanisław Szaniawski, tribune of the Lublin voivodeship, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Petronela, lawful wife of the noble (Nob.) Józef Karaś, and Anna, an unmarried maiden, the said Płochockas, sisters german to one another, and to their successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of one hundred and twenty Polish marks – that is a sum making one hundred and ninety-two Polish złoty – raised this day from the hands of the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Karwowski, by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt, that is of money lent, reckoning in Hungarian red złoty at eighteen Polish złoty each; which sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his estates. The interest for the present year has been paid out – as to one half to the nobles (Nob.) Karaś, husband and wife, and as to the other half, falling to the well-born (Gen.) Anna Płochocka, to the well-born (Gen.) Zuzanna Płochocka, the mother, appearing – whereof a quittance is given. And he undertakes and binds himself to pay that sum on the vigil of the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary falling in the year 1744 and to lodge it with the present records, or to place it upon clear and free estates, and this under a penalty of one hundred and ninety-two Polish złoty and under the court of the present office.
