The noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Pióro called Kokoszka, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Michał Soszyński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Soszyński, and to his lawful successors, he gives and donates his hereditary estate, that is one strip of homestead land with half of a second, beginning at the Zagumienna road and running towards the holendria [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Jacenty Jabłoński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Pióro on the other, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Pióry, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under the land-law penalties and the present forum.

The well-born (Gen.) Bernardyn and Elżbieta née Jabłońska Turski, spouses of one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed – each of them in his and her own interest, and the wife with the assistance of her husband – that to the very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father Maciej Jastrzębski, canon of Kamieniec, provost of Siedlce [uncertain reading], and to his successors joined to him by blood, they mortgage the estates subject to their rights by force of the delivery (intromission), that is the remainder of the arable, the meadows and the other things belonging to them – in connection with the bond of that delivery concerning them, hitherto not renewed by the deponents, nay free – together with the granary and all the buildings, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Krzymosze, waste, with every right, for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty, from now until the term for the repayment of the sum contracted by the deponents with the present creditor, fixed in the original mortgage inscriptions, and until the payment of that sum. They consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. Under a penalty of two hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.
