Władysław Drzewiecki on the one side and of that same party taking the mortgage on the other; further, one strip of arable, beginning at the road called Bielska and running towards Przecinka, between the baulks of the party taking the mortgage on the one side and of […] Klembowski on the other — situated and lying in the hereditary village of Pecew [uncertain reading], vacant, with everything, for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty in silver coin, from now for one year and to the day of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the year 1745, he gives in mortgage and mortgages; in like manner he consented to intromission forthwith, governing himself by the law of this court, and this under a penalty of thirty-two Polish złoty. The nobles (Nob.) Józef Zaścieński on the one side and Felicjan Drzewiecki on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors – for the claims arisen upon the occasion of a game of cards, further for the beating in the affray that followed from it, which they had against one another up to this day, leaving nothing untouched, and this by reason of the settlement concluded between them.
