The nobles (Nob.) Józef Zaścieński on the one side and Felicjan Drzewiecki on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors – for the claims arisen upon the occasion of a game of cards, further for the beating in the affray that followed from it, which they had against one another up to this day, leaving nothing untouched, and this by reason of the settlement concluded between them.
