The noble (Nob.) Maciej Karwowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Adam Karwowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Maciej Płudowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jerzy, and to his successors his hereditary maternal estate, that is his whole and entire share in the waste homesteads, the arable, the fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, copses, thickets, brushwood, rivers, streams and in the other appurtenances and appendages of that share, lying and situated in the hereditary village of Turze Rogi, standing waste, with every right, for the sum of sixty Polish złoty, from now for three years, the term falling at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the coming year 1746 [24 June 1746], he mortgages, and thereafter from year to year and so on; he consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, and this under a like penalty of sixty Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

In this chancery the abbreviation **„ol.” (olim)** is written as an „o” with a struck-through stem and deceptively resembles „et”; the grammatical case decides it — the genitive with „filio” means **„synowi [kogoś]”** (to the son of someone), not „i synowi” (and to the son). The direction of the filiation is confirmed by entry 1064 („Maciej Płudowski, son of the late Jerzy”).
