Dear reader, remember that this is an AI study, that it may contain errors; treat it as indicative and verify it for yourself.
„Persons (different given names)” means: different combinations of a given name with a byname, not persons proved to have existed. Two namesakes from one family merge here into a single item, and the acts give nothing to tell them apart. An entry naming several families stands beside each of them — because the record names them together, and they must not be separated.

Franciszek and Andrzej Nurzyński, his brothers under age, for whom he stands surety, to the magnificent (Magn.) Jan Franciszek Jezierski, sword-bearer of the Liw land, clerk of the Łuków castle court, and to his successors, he gives and donates his hereditary estate, that is: 1) in the first field, below Suleje [uncertain reading] – seven strips of arable, beginning at the Dembów boundary and running towards the place called Wyszno (already, for that matter, under mortgage to the magnificent (Magn.) donee), between the baulks of the magnificent (Magn.) donee on both sides; 2) in that same field – three strips of arable, beginning at that same Dembów boundary and running towards the place called Wielka, between the baulks of the magnificent (Magn.) donee on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Anna née Nurzyńska Dembowska, the deponent's aunt, on the other; 3) in the second field called Średnie – four strips of arable, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running towards the place called Zarębuby [uncertain reading], in a greater breadth however, between the baulks of the magnificent (Magn.) donee on the one side and of the deponent's aunt as above on the other; 4) in the third field, below Świercze – four strips of arable, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running towards Brzeźnice, between the baulks of the deponent's aunt as above on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Łukasz Nurzyński on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Nurzyna, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under the land-law penalties and the present forum.

The magnificent (Magn.) Adam a Mińsko Rudzieński, deputy cup-bearer of the Stężyca land, and the other brother, [the given name read with uncertainty] Rudzieński, sons of the late magnificent (Magn.) Andrzej Rudzieński, pantler of Bracław, on the one side, and Stanisław Sienicki, standard-bearer of Latyczów, in his own name and in the name of the magnificent (Magn.) Dominella née Rudzieńska – by her first marriage the wife of the magnificent (Magn.) Prusiński, deputy pantler of Latyczów, by her second the wife of the magnificent (Magn.) Leszyński [uncertain reading], pantler of Czernihów, and now his own wife, and daughter of the above-named magnificent (Magn.) Andrzej Rudzieński, pantler of Bracław – for whose ratification he stands surety, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that they, wishing to allay and finally to determine the suit and action over the dowry falling to that same magnificent (Magn.) Dominella née Rudzieńska, now Sienicka, out of the paternal and maternal estates, brought and lodged with the Lublin Tribunal courts, do inscribe and have besought as highest judge and umpire (superarbiter) the magnificent (Magn.) Wiktor Aleksander of Cieszków Cieszkowski, land clerk and clerk of the castle court of Liw.
Which magnificent (Magn.) umpire, together with the arbiters chosen two from each side, is to journey to the ground of the estate of Rowy Principaliora on the Monday after Cantate Sunday, falling in the present year 1744. First of all he shall enjoin upon both appearing parties the production of the documents of the mass of the substance, both the paternal – left by the late magnificent (Magn.) Andrzej Rudzieński, pantler of Bracław – and the maternal, devolved from the late magnificent (Magn.) Salomea Opacka, to whomsoever it may have fallen; and as to the honest production of them he shall bind them by an oath. Out of what is produced he shall come to know and shall establish the mass of both substances, both movable and immovable, devolved from both parents. Having established the mass of the substance, he shall assign and adjudge to the magnificent (Magn.) Dominella née Rudzieńska Sienicka a dowry proportionate according to the mind of the law of nature; and the suit itself over the dowry he shall determine according to the terms issued to the Tribunal courts of the Kingdom, keeping their tenor. The rights and the condition of the estates, both the present and the former, together with the inquisitions, should there be need to carry them out, he shall come to know and shall decide; and all and each of the mutual claims, as the need of the case shall require, without going beyond the tenor of the terms issued, he shall determine, moderate and set aside. To his decision both parties – both those inscribing themselves and those chosen – undertake and inscribe themselves to submit entirely and to be obedient to the award, and this under the land-law damages and under the court of the Lublin Tribunal of the Kingdom.
[Autograph signatures:] Adam Rudzieński, deputy cup-bearer of the Stężyca land — Stanisław Sienicki
notes and marginalia The most elaborate entry of the year 1744 in point of procedure: a full *compromissum* with a description of the course of the arbitration proceedings (the journey to the ground, the production of the documents under oath, the establishing of the mass of the inheritance, the assignment of a proportionate dowry, the limits of adjudication set by the tenor of the Tribunal terms). As umpire there was chosen Wiktor Aleksander Cieszkowski, land clerk and clerk of the castle court of Liw – the same person who appears in entry 1162 as the second husband of Hilaria née Laskowska. The term of the journey has been reckoned: the Monday after Cantate Sunday 1744 = 4 May 1744. The given name of the second of the Rudzieński brothers has been read with uncertainty („Ign…”), and for that reason it has not been entered in the personal records; it is not in the PTG tags for scan 57-022. Neither Prusiński nor Leszyński (the two former husbands of Dominella) is there – the discrepancy has been noted. The PTG tag gives the given name „Dominella”; the manuscript writes „Domicella” – the reading of the tag has been adopted and the form of the manuscript noted.
