Marcin Głuchowski together with a resignation of the estates, and lastly ceded by that same late Marcin Głuchowski to the deponent before the present records on the Tuesday on the eve of the feast of St John the Baptist in the Year of Our Lord 1741; and the second of thirty-eight Polish złoty, ceded to the deponent by the nobles (Nob.) Jerzy Grochowski and Teresa née Sobiczewska, husband and wife, before the present records on the Monday after the octave of the feast of St Margaret in the Year of Our Lord 1742 – gives a quittance. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, both as to the matter and as to his own person.
