Sebastian Olszewski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that, in her own name and in the name of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Porzeziński [uncertain reading], for whose ratification she stands surety, she gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Szaniawski and to his successors – for the protestation made before the present records on the Friday before the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1734, together with an inspection of wounds, against that same party quitted – after the satisfaction received; and that protestation she cancels.
