Stanisław called Baranik, in his own name and in the name of his brothers, by way of mortgage, upon certain estates lying in the hereditary estates of the villages of Radzików Oczki and Rzążew Kornica, before the present records on the Monday next after the feast of St Mary Magdalene of the past year 1742 – and now in fact received by the deponent from the hands of the present cessionary; he cedes it with everything; he consents to intromission forthwith and promises warranty, especially from himself and his own person. And this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.
