Stanisław Krasuski, his brother german, and to his successors, the estates acquired by himself, that is three strips of arable, beginning at the Zembrowskie boundaries and running towards the Czarnowskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Jan Lubomski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wielgórski on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Krasusy Mikłusy, vacant (unsown), with everything — for the sum of seventy-two Polish złoty, from now for three years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the coming year 1746, he mortgages and binds, and thereafter from year to year until that same feast. Intromission forthwith, of civil right; and this under a like penalty of seventy-two Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.
