Wojciech, by way of mortgage upon estates lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Modrzew, on the Friday after Misericordia Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1738, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary. Intromission forthwith, of civil right, especially from the thing and from the person; and this under a like penalty of twenty-four Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.
