Before the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Niewęgłowski, subdelegated for this act. The magnificent (Magn.) Jan Franciszek Jezierski, sword-bearer of the Liw land, clerk of the Łuków castle court, possessor by privilege of the estate of His Royal Majesty Strzyżów, being of sound mind and body, deposed that in his own name and in the name of the magnificent (Magn.) Franciszek Jezierski, hunter of Drohiczyn [the reading of the title uncertain], possessor of those estates, his father, as also of the subjects Jan Kowal and Grzegorz Miszczuk – his own subjects from those estates, for whom he stands surety – he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Świderski called Damieński and to his successors for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office by the deponent's father against the party now quitted on account of the burning of the [buildings of the] subjects of one village, and likewise for the decrees, their enforcement clauses, the condemnations, the executions carried out upon them through the records and the delivery (intromission) itself which followed – and this by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered; the protestations, the condemnations and the whole process he cancels.

The magnificent (Magn.) Michał Wyszyński, hunter of Sanok, son of the late magnificent (Magn.) Jan Wyszyński, deputy pantler of the Bielsk land, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the magnificent (Magn.) Hiacynt Jezierski and to his successors he gives, donates and resigns in perpetuity his hereditary subjects, the industrious (Labor.) Tomasz Tkacz and Błażej Kowal, brothers german to one another, of the magnificent (Magn.) in the village of Magna Gora, lying in the district of Garwolin and in the Warsaw land, who fled from that village altogether and were found in the estates of that same magnificent (Magn.) donee – together with all the property and appurtenances of those subjects; giving and granting to that same magnificent (Magn.) donee the power to hold them, to possess them and to settle them in his own hereditary estates. Moreover that same magnificent (Magn.) deponent undertakes a general warranty against all hindrances and inscribes it upon all his estates, appointing the ubiquitous forum for answering.
