Ignatowicz

The well-born (Gen.) Florian Olędzki, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Olędzki, hunter of Mielnik, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Krasuski, son of the well-born (Gen.) Maciej Krasuski, and to his successors his hereditary estates, concerning himself and his brother and his sister – that is in the first field ten strips of arable, beginning at the Śmiardowska boundary [uncertain reading] and running towards Zbuczyn, between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Ignatowicz on the one side and of that same deponent on the other; in the second field ten strips of arable, beginning at Zbuczyn and running towards the Połąbnicka road [uncertain reading], between those same baulks; in a third place, called Kąty, ten strips of arable, beginning at the road and running towards the Wiśniowska boundary, between those same baulks; and in a fourth place, six strips of arable in the place called Grzymiszka [uncertain reading], beginning at the village road and running towards the public Połąbnicka road, between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Ignatowicz on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Jastrzębski on the other – together with the meadows running along those same strips, lying and situated in the hereditary village of Jastrzębie Łupiny, free of encumbrances, with every right – for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, from today for three years, the term falling at the feast of St Adalbert in the coming year 1746, he mortgages; and after the three years have run out, likewise from year to year and in like manner [until redemption]. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.
