Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Paweł Gnatowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Antoni and Jakub Klembowski, brothers german holding undivided property, and to their successors — for the simple penalty of fourteen Polish marks, adjudged by a decree of condescension issued by the present office between the parties on the ground of the estates of Mościska [uncertain reading] and lodged by way of oblation with the records of the present office on the Thursday after Oculi Sunday in Lent of the current year 1743, and likewise for the tower confinement (sessio turrica) — satisfaction in the said penalty having been rendered to him and an amicable settlement as to the tower having been concluded — he gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, imposing eternal silence upon himself in the matter.
