„Persons (different given names)” means: different combinations of a given name with a byname, not persons proved to have existed. Two namesakes from one family merge here into a single item, and the acts give nothing to tell them apart. An entry naming several families stands beside each of them — because the record names them together, and they must not be separated.

localities in the entry the village of Rozwadów; the Łuków highroad; the Sobolskie boundaries; Łokły [uncertain reading]

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the nobles (Nob.) Tomasz, the father, and Paweł, the son, begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Jadwiga Olszewska, the Rozwadowskis, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Wojciech, Agnieszka and Marcjanna Turczyński, the children of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Turczyński and of Zofia Rozwadowska, and to their successors, their estates — the father his hereditary estates, and the son those which are subject to the maternal rights — that is twelve strips of arable at Łokły [uncertain reading], beginning at the Łuków highroad and running towards the Sobolskie boundaries, together with a meadow, between the baulks of the successors of the late nobles (Nob.) Wojciech and Jakub Rozwadowski Dobrosz on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Józef Stocki Kwaśnik on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Rozwadów, with everything — they give and donate; intromission from now, by civil law, and this under the land-law penalties, before the forum of the present office.

notes and marginalia The entry begins on scan 089 (f. 86r) and ends on scan 090 (f. 86v) – the two parts have been joined. A note by the clerk: „Ignari personarum litterarum”. The bynames „Dobrosz” and „Kwaśnik” and the village of Rozwadów agree with the tags for scan 090.
