Wacław Jaszowski, and to his successors the sum of forty Polish złoty — inscribed to him, the deponent, and warranted for payment by the late well-born (Gen.) Stanisław and Szymon Rzążewski, sons of the well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Rzążewski, upon certain estates lying in the village of Bzów, by way of mortgage, before the present records on the Friday after the feast of St Dorothy, Virgin and Martyr, in the Year of Our Lord 1737, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary — he yields up and cedes with everything; and all the rights he thenceforth transfers, as to the thing and as to his own person. And this under a penalty, for which he appoints the present court.
