Radzicka

The noble (Nob.) Tomasz Bedliński, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Dorota née Radzicka, his wife, for whose ratification he stands surety, on the one side, and Jan Grodzicki on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors: the noble (Nob.) Bedliński to the noble (Nob.) Grodzicki – for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of a forcible entry into his house, of unjust charges, of the taking of movable goods and of defamation; further, for the protestations, the relations and the condemnations obtained in that matter and for the executions carried out by virtue of them. And the noble (Nob.) Grodzicki – for his own protestations made over acts of violence, a beating and the infliction of wounds, for the relation entered in that matter, as also for all the claims arising up to this day. And this by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered – saving, however, the sums due to the noble (Nob.) Bedliński upon the hereditary estates of the noble (Nob.) Grodzicki, which that same Bedliński is to receive at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist. The protestations, the relations, the condemnations and their executions they cancel.
