Ossowski

The well-born (Gen.) Antoni Paskudzki on the one side, and Ludwik Domański called Dunaj on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors – and especially the well-born (Gen.) Domański also to the well-born (Gen.) Petronella Zawadzka and to her successors – for whatsoever protestations made before the present records over an insult, attempted acts of violence and the doing of damages; for the relations entered and for the entries pending in the registers; and in particular that same Paskudzki – for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office against the well-born (Gen.) Domański; further, for the decrees of inquisition and for the decree issued after the inquisition had been carried out, together with the marks adjudged for the wounds inflicted on the renowned (Fam.) Ossowski, a servant; as also for all and each of the mutual claims arising up to this day – and this by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered. The protestations, the relations, the decrees and the entries pending in the registers they cancel. The well-born (Gen.) Domański deposes in his own name and in the name of the renowned (Fam.) Andrzej Ossowski, his servant, for whose ratification he stands surety.
