The well-born (Gen.) Mikołaj and Franciszka née Rzążewska Krasuski, lawful husband and wife, on the one side, and the venerable (Ven.) Father Franciszek Hornowski, curate of the church of Pruszyn (Prussinensis), on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they mutually give a quittance to each other and to their successors: namely, the said Krasuskis – for the suit and action brought before the consistory court of Łuków and for the claims lodged against the above-named venerable (Ven.) Father Hornowski; and the said venerable (Ven.) Father Hornowski – for his protestations made against the said Krasuskis and for all the claims arising up to this day. And this by reason of the amicable settlement made between them and of the satisfaction rendered, saving only the award of a sum of fifty Polish złoty, which he reserves to himself for the future. All the protestations they cancel.
