The eighth protocol of inscriptions. — On the Tuesday after Exaudi Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1743. — Having appeared in person before the present records, the noble (Nob.) Anna Tchórzewska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Tchórzewski, widow left by the late honest (Hon.) Jan Białomeski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Niewęgłowski called Cichobrus, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, and to his successors, the sum of one hundred and fifty Polish złoty — inscribed to her, the deponent, by the above-mentioned late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Tchórzewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jerzy Tchórzewski, her father, upon certain estates, that is upon the grounds named in the original inscription, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Niewęgłosz Lichty, by way of a simple debt, before the present records on the Friday on the morrow of the feast of [the Holy Trinity – uncertain reading] in the Year of Our Lord 1707, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary — she cedes with everything, and in ceding transfers, giving power to take up that sum, to give a quittance for what is taken up, to hold, to have and to possess the estates charged with that sum until it is satisfied, and to pursue it by the ordinary course of law.

The noble (Nob.) Anna Tchórzewska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Tchórzewski, widow left by the late Jan Białomeski, her husband, being of sound mind and body, deposed that on account of the dowry and trousseau due out of the paternal and maternal estates and out of those come by succession she has been sufficiently and fully satisfied by the noble (Nob.) Józef Tchórzewski, her nephew (her brother's son); and likewise for all and each of the claims she had against that same nephew of hers – in view of the sufficient satisfaction rendered to her – she gives a quittance to the above-named noble (Nob.) Józef Tchórzewski and to his successors, and she renounces those estates.
