The honest (Hon.) Anna Harasiewiczówna, daughter of the late honest (Hon.) Piotr Harasiewicz, widow left by the late honest (Hon.) Wojciech Ciok, village headman of the village of Zbuczyn, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the honest (Hon.) Urzykowskis on the one side and [of a neighbour on] the other; and further, in the fields, meadows, woods, forests, lakes and rivers – a fourth part (sortem), coming from the share resigned to her by perpetual right by the late honest (Hon.) Wojciech Ciok before the present records on the Monday after St Stanislaus the Martyr's day in the Year of Our Lord 1715, together with the other appurtenances and appendages of the headman's holding belonging to that fourth part, lying in the estate of His Royal Majesty of Zbuczyn, free, with every right; she consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, under the land-law penalties of the present office and of the advocate's court of Zbuczyn.
