Stanisław Sadło, village headman of the estate of Gręzówka of His Sacred Royal Majesty, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Mateusz Izdebski called Suz [uncertain reading] and to his successors – for a certain protestation, made before the present records in the year 1743 on account of a forcible entry upon him, a wounding and other acts of violence – having received sufficient satisfaction; yet having reserved unimpaired the right of pursuing the matter as against the remaining accused, named in that same protestation.
