The well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Radlikowski, castle court vicegerent of Łuków, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr, the father, and Andrzej, the son, Krasuski called Wawrzyńczyki, and to their successors for a certain manifestation, made before the present records in the present year 1743 on account of the non-payment of a sum and of the horses returned to them by him, the deponent, and likewise for the relation entered on that account and for the entries pending in the registers, made on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the year now current – by reason of the actual payment of the said sum by those same parties quitted; and the manifestation, the relation and the entries in the registers he cancels.
