Przegaliński

The well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Niewęgłowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Stanisław likewise, and brother german of the late well-born (Gen.) Michał Niewęgłowski, who departed this world without issue – and likewise in the name of the well-born (Gen.) Antoni and Marcjanna Niewęgłowski, the son and the daughter of the late well-born (Gen.) Szymon Niewęgłowski, his stepchildren, for whose ratification he stands surety – being of sound mind and body, deposed that his hereditary paternal estates, and those fallen to him after the said late Michał Niewęgłowski, his brother german who died without issue, by divine right and natural succession, and moreover [the inheritance shares] of the stepchildren enumerated – by virtue of a resignation drawn up after the old custom, given and dated at Przegaliny on the [eighteenth] day of September in the Year of Our Lord 1733 and subscribed with one accord by the late Szymon Niewęgłowski – that is: nine strips of arable together with a meadow, beginning at the road running towards the church, that is at the village road, and stretching towards the Ostrowiec boundaries, between the baulks of the magnificent (Magn.) Ignacy Oziembłowski, treasurer of Brześć of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, on the one side and of that same donee on the other; further, in two fields, beginning at the boundary [uncertain reading] and stretching towards the Ostrowiec boundaries, sixteen strips of arable – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Przegaliny Wielkie, in the Brześć voivodeship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania – he gives and donates with everything to the well-born (Gen.) Bartłomiej Przegaliński, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jakub Przegaliński, and to his successors. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages, indicating for answering the court of the Brześć office of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, without any exception.

The nobles (Nob.) Michał Zabielski and Katarzyna née Niewęgłowska, spouses of one another – she with the assistance of that same husband of hers – being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that to the noble (Nob.) Maciej Przegaliński, son of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Przegaliński, and to his successors they give and donate their estates – the husband his hereditary ones, and the wife those subject to her rights – that is nine strips of homestead land, beginning at the village road and running towards the river Tyśmienica, together with the buildings, between the baulks of [the noble (Nob.) …] on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Mateusz Paszkowski [uncertain reading] on the other, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Paszki Wielkie, with everything. They consented to intromission forthwith, governing themselves by the law of the present court, and this under the land-law damages. The present court.
