inscribed and appointed in favour of the confraternity of the church of Zbuczyn by the testament of the last will, drawn up by the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Angierski in the year one thousand seven hundred and thirteen, signed in his own hand, and lodged with the records of the castle court by way of oblation on the Monday after the feast of the Conversion of St Paul the Apostle of that same year [30 January 1713],
and raised by himself by two official quittances – the first deposed on the Monday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist in the Year of Our Lord 1741 [23 October 1741], the second on the Friday before the feast of St Stephen in the Year of Our Lord 1742 –
he cedes together with every right and with the conditions, giving and granting him leave to raise that sum from whomsoever it is lawfully due, to give a quittance for what is raised, and to hold, have and possess the estates covered by that sum – by the present act.
