Krzysztof Celiński called Oleksik and to his successors he cedes the whole and entire process – concerning the sum of five struck thalers due for a mare from the noble (Nob.) Jakub Oleksik Celiński, and duly conducted and obtained in the Łuków office – together with the suit and action brought on that account and with the sum itself, by reason of the satisfaction in fact rendered to him by the present cessionary, with all the conditions of that process; giving him power to pursue that sum, to continue the process, to receive the penalties and to give a quittance for what he receives.
