The renowned (Fam.) Gabriel Miziarski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Jakub [Krasuski] and to his successors for seven Polish marks and for the luitum (lucta) penalty of three Polish marks, adjudged by a decree of the present office given on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Most Glorious Virgin Mary in the terms for complaints (the courts of suits) of the past year 1742, between the deponent on the one side and that same party quitted on the other; as also for the manifestation together with the publication made at the peremptory term – and this by reason of the actual satisfaction; and that decree he cancels.
