notes and marginalia **The only mention so far in the study of the Radom Treasury Tribunal** (Judicium Tribunalitium Camerae Fisci Radomiensis) – the highest fiscal and military court of the Crown; the matter probably concerned the reckonings of the banner. The captain of the banner is described as **the most illustrious prince Lubomirski, deputy pantler of the Crown**; the PTG tag for scan 57-054 gives only „? Lubomiski”. The same Andrzej Terlecki occurs in entries 1329–1330 (10 April 1744) as the deputy of the banner taking up the subsidium charitativum. The surname of the second party has been read with uncertainty.
