The noble (Nob.) Jan Kadłubowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Wawrzyniec [Kadłubowski], being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Krasuski and to the noble (Nob.) Józef called Zychowicz, his son, and to their successors he gives in mortgage and mortgages his hereditary estate, that is seventeen strips of arable, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running towards the Stawczane headland [uncertain reading], in the transverse part of the village, otherwise „na wylot”, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Krasuski on the one side and of the Popławski on the other, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Krasusy Gołowierzchy, vacant, with everything, for the sum of one hundred and twenty-six Polish złoty in gold coin, from now until a year and the day of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the year 1745, from year to year. He consented to intromission forthwith, governing himself by the law of the present court, and this under a penalty of one hundred and twenty-six Polish złoty, for which he appoints the present court.

The clerk's Polish gloss „alias na wylot”, explaining the Latin „in transversa parte villae” – an example of the bilingual character of the formulary. The neighbours on the one side are given collectively („Popławscy”), without given names – recorded as in the source. The persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-021; the Popławski and Stanisław Krasuski are not in the tags – the discrepancy has been noted.
