Gnoińska

The well-born (Gen.) Marianna née Zarzecka, daughter begotten of the well-born (Gen.) Paweł Zarzecki and of the well-born (Gen.) Zofia Gnoińska, and widow left by the late well-born (Gen.) Paweł Borychowski, being of sound mind and body and having set her affairs in order, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Antoni Stanisław, of two given names, Rembieliński, son begotten of the late well-born (Gen.) Ignacy Rembieliński and of the well-born (Gen.) Konstancja Trzcińska, her future husband, and to his lawful successors, she is bound and obliged for the sum of four thousand Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; which sum she inscribes and secures upon all and each of her estates and upon whatsoever sums falling to her in any manner whatsoever, and especially upon the sums raised from the estate of Kołubicze [the name – uncertain reading], which remain in the hands of the magnificent (Magn.) Cholewiński, standard-bearer [the reading of the office uncertain]; and she undertakes to pay that same sum of four thousand Polish złoty on the first demand of her future husband – once the marriage vows have been made – or of his successors, and to lodge it with the authentic records of the Kingdom, and this under a like penalty of four thousand Polish złoty for the non-payment of the principal sum and the forum of any place whatsoever.
