Tomasz and Agnieszka Archypowicz, brother and sister german to one another, the son and the daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Hiacynt, begotten with the late noble (Nob.) Dorota Celińska, the sister being an unmarried maiden, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Paweł Celiński called Drozd and to his successors, they give and donate their maternal hereditary estates, that is one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Podkarwowska road [uncertain reading] and running towards the Sopławskie boundaries [uncertain reading], together with a meadow, between the baulks of the successors and of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Celiński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Celiński called Mysław on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Celiny, with everything. Intromission forthwith, to each severally from the sisters german; and this under the land-law penalties, before the forum of the present office. The sister deposes with the assistance of that brother of hers.
