The well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Opacki, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Marcin Opacki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Jakub and Krystyna née Rzeziecka [the reading of the surname uncertain] Szumowski, spouses, and to their successors he gives and donates his paternal hereditary estates, falling to him as against his other brothers – in the plots, the buildings and any structures whatsoever, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, [thickets], rivers, with the subjects together with their wives, children, cattle and swine, with the whole household property and the farming gear, with the tributes, the renders and all the dues, and likewise with the arable, the fields and the meadows held and possessed by them, and with the other things adjoining and belonging to those same estates – situated and lying in the hereditary villages of Patrykozy and Suche, in the Mazovian voivodeship and in the Sochaczew land, with everything. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised a general legal warranty, and this under the land-law damages, indicating for answering the court of the Warsaw or of the Sochaczew office.
