The well-born (Gen.) Jan Hryczyna, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Aleksander Hryczyna, and Marianna Guzanka, his lawful wife, being of sound mind and body, deposed – and each of them, the wife with the assistance of her husband – that to the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Hryczyna, their son, and to his successors their estates: the husband – his hereditary ones, resigned by perpetual right by the late well-born (Gen.) Paweł Hryczyna, his paternal uncle, and by others, before the present records on the Tuesday, on the very day of the feast of St Ursula, Virgin and Martyr, in the Year of Our Lord 1706; and the wife – out of the rights serving her from that same husband – the half of all and each of their estates, that is: in the homesteads, buildings, structures of every kind, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, thickets, coverts, lakes, marshes, waters and all their outflows, rivers, streams, ponds and fishponds; and likewise with the subjects – peasants, gardeners and cottagers – together with their wives, children, cattle, swine and stock, with all their household servants and household equipment; and likewise with the arable, the fields, meadows, woods and forests held and possessed by them, with the daily labour services, the watches, the dues, the renders and all the duties of old customarily performed by them, and with everything else adjoining and belonging to the half of those estates – which estates lie and are situated in the hereditary town of Wohyń, in the Brześć voivodeship and district – reserving a life estate for themselves the deponents, they give, donate and inscribe with every right. They consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages, with the appointment of the ubiquitous forum – both of the Crown and of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania – for answering, with the exclusion of every exception.
