The well-born (Gen.) Józef Nieprzecki, special attorney of the magnificent (Magn.) Jan z Wielkich Dziedoszyc Dziedoszycki, standard-bearer of the Trembowla land, being of sound mind and body, deposed that – by virtue of the special power of attorney given and inscribed to him for the acts described below by that same magnificent (Magn.) Dziedoszycki, standard-bearer of Trembowla, before the lower castle court records of Lwów on the Tuesday after the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary of that same year 1743 – he gives a quittance to the most illustrious (Illustr.) Józef Aleksander, prince of the Holy Roman Empire Jabłonowski, starosta of Busk, and Karolina of the princes Radziwiłł – by her first marriage the wife of the late illustrious (Illustr.) Kazimierz Leon count Sapieha, general of the artillery of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, starosta of Wołpa, and by her second and present marriage of the said most illustrious Józef Aleksander prince Jabłonowski, starosta of Busk, that is to spouses of one another; and likewise to the illustrious (Illustr.) Aleksander, starosta of Puńsk, Michał and Anna, a maiden, the counts Sapieha, the sons and the daughter begotten of the said late Kazimierz Leon count Sapieha with that same most illustrious lady, now Jabłonowska, in the first bed, minors, and to their successors – he gives a quittance for the sum of twenty-one thousand Polish złoty, by a decree handed down in the Tribunal Courts of the Affairs of the Treasury of the Kingdom at Radom, on the Thursday, on the very day of the octave of the feast of Corpus Christi of the present year 1743, between the said magnificent (Magn.) Jan Dziedoszycki, standard-bearer of Trembowla, the plaintiff, on the one side and those same most illustrious Jabłonowskis, starostas of Busk, the defendants, on the other side – that is on account of two inscriptions of principal sums, made by the late illustrious (Illustr.) Sapieha, voivode of Podlasie, and the late illustrious (Illustr.) Kazimierz Sapieha, general of the Lithuanian artillery – and for the starosta's penalty for the extinction of the condemnation, together with the „lucta” penalty of fourteen Polish marks, adjudged and enjoined to be paid; and likewise for the suit and judicial action brought on that account, for the condemnation obtained at the peremptory term, that is on the day of yesterday, before the present records, for the entries pending in the court registers and for the whole process in that matter – by reason of the actual payment of the said sum of twenty-one thousand Polish złoty, of the penalty and of the fine, made through the hands of the illustrious (Illustr.) and very reverend (Illustr. et Adm. Rev.) Józef count Sapieha, bishop coadjutor of Vilna and referendary of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, as guardian of all the estates of the above-named minors, into his own hands, the deponent's; and the enforcement clause of the decree cited, the condemnation, the entries in the registers and the whole process he cancels.
