Michał Dębowski called Jakusz, with the assistance of that husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that she withdraws from the right of life estate inscribed to her by the late noble (Nob.) Franciszek Dębowski, her former husband, upon all and each of the estates belonging to him, before the present records; and the estates subject to that same right of life estate she releases in favour of the noble (Nob.) Józef Dębowski, her son born of the first bed; and the inscription of the life estate noted above at the act she cancels.
