The well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski, son of the well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Byszewski, and Eleonora née Sienińska, the daughter begotten of the well-born (Gen.) Gabriel Sieniński with the well-born (Gen.) Katarzyna z Chyszowa, wife of that same well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski, spouses of one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed – and namely the wife with the assistance of that same well-born (Gen.) husband of hers – that out of their whole and entire right, that is out of the sums written down below:

– the well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski, the husband, out of the sum of two thousand Polish złoty, out of the original sum of six thousand three hundred and thirty-nine Polish złoty, seven groszy and two szelągi, settled upon the estate of the village of Wrzawy, that is upon the inheritance share situated in it and called Podłatowice [the reading of the name uncertain], lying in the Sandomierz voivodeship – first ceded and condescended by the magnificent (Magn.) Józef Leiber z Marchowiec Marchocki, starosta [the reading of the office uncertain], acting in his own name and in the name of the magnificent (Magn.) Wojciech and Ignacy Marchocki, brothers german to one another, and of the magnificent (Magn.) Mikołaj Leiber Marchocki, [sons and stepsons], to the well-born (Gen.) Mikołaj de Sienno Sieniński, son of the well-born (Gen.) Gabriel of that same Sienno Sieniński, and to the well-born (Gen.) Eleonora née Sienińska, wife of the well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski, sister german of that same well-born (Gen.) Sieniński, in satisfaction of a burden extending upon the estate of the village of Trzemcha [uncertain reading], before the Sandomierz castle court records on the Monday after the feast of the Holy Three Kings of the past year 1742; and moreover by virtue of the amicable settlement (complanatio) drawn up at Sandomierz on the first day of the month of January of that same year 1742 between that same well-born (Gen.) Mikołaj Sieniński, starosta, on the one side and them, the deponents, on the other side, written down and confirmed officially by that same Sandomierz castle court act and lodged by way of oblation together with the official confirmation (roboratio); and likewise transferred by that same well-born (Gen.) Sieniński to the well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski before the Sandomierz castle court records on the Saturday after the feast of St Margaret Virgin and Martyr of the year lately past 1742;

– and the well-born (Gen.) Eleonora Sienińska, wife of the well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski, out of the sum of four thousand Polish złoty, out of that same original sum – [inscribed] by that same magnificent (Magn.) Józef Leiber Marchocki, acting in his own name and in the name of the said [stepsons], to the said well-born (Gen.) Mikołaj de Sienno Sieniński in the manner described above, and extending and falling upon those same estates of the village of Wrzawy, that is upon the inheritance share situated in it and called Podłatowice; and by that same well-born (Gen.) Sieniński to the well-born (Gen.) Eleonora née Sienińska, wife of the well-born (Gen.) Jan Byszewski, his own sister german, by the settlement described above – both by title of the dowry out of the paternal and maternal estates concerning that same well-born (Gen.) Byszewska née Sienińska, and by title of the inheritance fallen to him after the late well-born (Gen.) née Sienińska [Szeposka – the reading of the surname uncertain], who died without issue, sister german of those same well-born (Gen.) Mikołaj and Eleonora Sieniński – ascribed in the manner marked out in that same settlement and settled upon the said estate of Podłatowice –

together with the cancellation of that original settlement, of its official confirmation (roboratio) and of the oblation, with all the transactions, bonds, inscriptions and conditions of that same settlement, and likewise with the very possession of the said estate of Podłatowice and with all the documents of right – they yield up and transfer everything in its entirety to the well-born (Gen.) Maksymilian Żelkowski [the reading of the surname uncertain], vicegerent of the castle court, and to his lawful successors, having received from him for all the above, by counting out, the full and sufficient payment of the whole sum of six thousand Polish złoty from the hands of that same well-born (Gen.) Żelkowski. They consented to intromission forthwith into the estates subject to that same sum of six thousand Polish złoty, and namely into their own thing and person; and this under a like penalty of six thousand Polish złoty and under the court of the Lublin or [Łuków – uncertain reading] castle court office.
